Can you complain some more about Mondays please? I’m sure you can. You could probably come up with a thousand more reasons why you hate Mondays. The truth is, even if Mondays were mandatory day’s off, Tuesday would become the new dreaded day. Case of the Tuesdays: The dreaded Tuesday morning. Why oh why do we have to have Tuesdays? They’re the worst. I hate Tuesdays! I just wanna go back to bed. Is the day over yet?
Get it? It wouldn’t matter if it was a Tuesday, Thursday, or whatever day, you still would complain. Why is that? It’s because there’s a bigger underlining issue at hand. You’re not working toward anything, you have no goals, you’re not being productive, and you’re bored with doing the same thing day in and day out.
The truth is, you’re not burntout. You can’t burnout by doing too much. You’re simply bored from not doing enough, and not doing anything new. I want to give you a few tips on how to handle this, to change your mindset, and get you out of this boredom phase.
